MID-AUTUMN MOONCAKES is our mid-autumn festival exclusive slime. It features a Canadian wood glue jelly base that is thick and chubby. It is rippier than other textures and is not meant for heavy stretching. As well, ASMR is quietier than other textures. However, like our other Canadian wood glue textures, it is unique with the matted latex-like feeling and holdability. Cantonese-style mooncakes are thick and dense, meant to be shared with others over tea, so we felt the wood glue texture was appropriate!

 

We tried to mix a scent blend to be as accurate as possible to Cantonese-style mooncakes, which are filled with bean paste, nuts, and salted egg yolks in a rich eggy pastry. We blended walnuts, pinenuts, eggy pastry, red bean, and a tiny hint of salted egg yolk to capture the taste profiles. 

 

Each slime comes with two mooncake charms and randomly comes with a mooncake box charm or a bamboo tea flute.
